"Since using MLSpulse, the time I spend searching for properties for my clients
is practically nil. They love to use this program to do their own searches and
then notify me to request a showing. They are very impressed that it is updated

"MLSpulse has increased my ability to handle more buyers at a time and service
them better. Through my use of MLSpulse I have been able to save time and get
to the closing table faster and more often. I put all my buyers and sellers on
my MLSpulse account so they can be actively participating in the search for their
next home and watch the competition's prices. I get rave reviews from all who
use the system and they especially love the fact that they can be a step ahead
of the game by seeing new listings sometimes before I do. I have had buyers who

In August I received a referral and the 1st time buyer was not sure if he wanted

found a new listing within the first half hour it went on MLS. He requested a
showing immediately through the system to look at that one home and we wrote up
an offer down the road at the coffee shop. One showing, one accepted offer- we
went in prior to the other 6 showings that night and he was prepared to act since
he was well aware of all that was out there through his previous "drive-bys" and
searches. He will be in his first home on the 30th and is still watching on the
system daily---buyer for life."

"Our users absolutely love the product as it gives them control over searching for homes.
I talked to a customer the other day, and you should have heard the excitement in her
voice when I told her that the system searches the MLS every 10 minutes!
In November, we had 2 first-time homebuyers in a small price range. Both were on
Pulse+, both were getting frustrated by the lack of decent inventory in the 220k range.
They were being e-mailed alerts as they came up, but nothing was meeting their requirements.
One day, Jim got a call from one of the buyers, wanting to see a property he received
in his alert e-mail. We setup the showing that day, he put in an offer the next day.
About a week later, the other buyer called Jim to setup a showing on an alert he received.
When we called the listing office to setup the showing, she didn't even have the showing
instructions because the listing was so new. We previewed the house that day and the
offer was presented that evening! Both homes closed in December.
We ask for and receive a lot of feedback from customers on our tools.
They all love the tool and continue to use it even after they close on their new house.
We have received a couple of referrals from past customers who have printed out
